Hi @Dave , @Shane and the team,
A couple of questions I wonder I could ask about metrics with clinicians. You kindly provided the dashbaord 1.0, but I'm wondering whether you've altered it since or do you use Cliniko now?
Secondly when you are looking at the metric of PVA for each clinician, do you look at the last 30 patients who have finished treatment including cancelled, DNA and discharged patients?
I know when you take the IA divided by the Fups it can give a skewed reflection on treatment plan management as it includes some patients that came in for a 'one off' check, or a patient that presented with a non MSK problem and needed onward referral.
