Hello everyone, I need some help.
I have a baseball player that came in with complaint of a pinch in the back of the ankle with plantar flexion

I desensitized the anterior portion of the deltoid ligament, the anterior talofibular ligament, and fibularis muscles.

Pain decreased significantly after retesting plantar Flexion

I’m trying to figure out what the best exercises are to give this patient to maintain the pain free movement

Hey @chris.royster - great work at taking the concepts and applying them. Spot on reasoning using the axis of rotation concept to look at the tissues on the opposite side of the joint.

I might give the patient some of the single leg bridging progressions now at end range where he's going to require a lot of plantar flexion. Or if I really feel like I need more length maybe rock back type movement with the feet in plantar flexion.
